Get ready for this! Exclusible is back with another 75 metaverse-ready, fully equipped, luxurious villas for The Sandbox platform, following the hugely successful private sale on January 16. The Exclusible Luxury District has a total of 150 units available, half of which have already been sold in the project’s first Private Sale. All villa owners will be members of The SandBox, a completely digital and exclusive community where they will have access to events such as celebrity appearances, fashion shows, VIP parties, and much more. Each villa was created in collaboration with TheSandBox building professionals, ensuring the highest standards of metaverse luxury based on a variety of concepts and styles. High-end materials and intricate designs are used throughout the premium homes. But wait, there’s more! Not only will you receive your luxurious villa, but Exclusible will also provide players and community members with free items and intriguing pieces to decorate and play with in the villa on a regular basis. The goal is to create a vibrant community by providing rewarding and enjoyable experiences that include genuine social interaction. As a result, a “Play to Earn” system will be implemented, with residents of the Exclusible Luxury District being the only ones who can participate. These 75 villas will be the last to be sold in the Exclusible Luxury District, and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis at a fixed price of 6 ETH per villa.
