The Tomboy artwork collection is an opportunity to be a voice of freedom for one’s expression through looks that are not typically perceived through mainstream art. Gender inequality is a norm in the Asian culture. Women are expected to look a certain way through society’s lens of what deems them “pretty”. This collection is inspired by Lisa BlackPink’s dance cover song “Tomboy” by Destiny Rogers. The lyrics, “Skating through the city with my snap back on, still be looking pretty with no makeup on”. This is an opportunity to empower people regardless of their gender or sexual identity. Using Tomboy NFT as your profile picture on your socials can assist to express gender freedom from societal pressure. This NFT promotes women identifying to be their authentic self!
